We’re committed to delivering a meaningful and high-quality experience through No Hold’n Back. While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind every product we ship and want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all, we’ll gladly send you a replacement deck at no extra charge. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo (if applicable)

No Returns or Exchanges

Because of the nature of the product and for hygiene and integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the game has been shipped.
